STEP 1>First download theme file from here:DOWNLOAD
TOP BAR START SKIN  :DOWNLOAD
SOCIAL SHORT :DOWNLOAD

STEP 2>Extract all zip files and place theme file to C:\Users\username\Documents\Rainmeter\skins


















STEP 3>Go to rainmeter click on skins then click on the theme file then click on any .ini file to load theme
